Your purchase. Your business.
The PDF, workbook and included templates are licensed to one purchaser for personal learning and the internal operation of one business that purchaser owns or controls. The purchased version may be kept and used without a recurring app subscription.
What you may do
Make personal backup and working copies, print the guide, enter your own data, and adapt customer-facing templates for your own business. Share completed invoices, rate cards, proof-of-delivery forms and reports with your customers and professional advisers.
What you may not do
Without written permission, do not resell, sublicense, give away, publicly upload, share access to, rebrand or redistribute the underlying guide, blank workbook or templates, including as part of a course, membership, competing toolkit or other product, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Your data remains yours
Your business entries, customer records and independently created work remain yours. This license does not claim ownership of facts, ideas, methods, public-domain material or third-party marks. No government, manufacturer or platform endorsement is implied.
Protection and compatibility
Formula cells and worksheet structure are protected to reduce accidental changes. Input cells remain editable. Worksheet protection does not encrypt your records or prevent all copying. Keep your own backups. Excel and the web app do not automatically synchronize.
Permissions and other terms
Use the seller contact details on your purchase receipt to request redistribution, group-training or resale permission. Refund and purchase terms disclosed at checkout are separate. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
